Let the shipping begin... Posts: 1,871 Group: Global Moderators Member #3 Joined: Apr 3, 2008	I've had some light ideas stirring up in the Staff Room, so I'm moving some of the lighter toned ideas over here. A lot of these were created when I was high on cake and hot chocolate so meh. Most of these are directly taken from the thread there. Halloween related event? I'm still working out the kinks but it's basically a situation that spawns from a costume party, and a freak accident makes it so the person actually becomes what he was dressed as. Whether this leads to FIGHTAN to turn things back to normal is to be decided, but I am leaning towards a general laughs situation. another option is a simple, scarefest that stems on every student/teacher being trapped inside the school. Either as a curse, or a playful prank. Thinking back on things, I remember the Hyakuji in time event that was sorta planned but fell through during the...yeah. Well, I personally still want to do the idea, but rather then chasing a villain through time or something, I'd get more joy from it being something along the lines of the students/teachers being sent back to a certain period in Hyakuji history, whether it be fairly recent (re: an old event) or even several centuries (Medieval Hyakuji anyone?) and meeting ancestors. hell, we could even go forward and see what the descendants are like. Alien invasion of the funky kind. Sort of like the Space Channel 5 games, you must dance/shoot stuff in order to save the world from the invaders from the funky-verse. Alternatively an alien invasion akin to Keroro Gunsou, incompetent invaders that sort of end up working/become slaves for a random kid. I know Triyun did this one, but eh, it never got anywhere to be honest. Alternatively again the invasion is in it's early stages, and they send a spy...but it's blatantly obvious he's not from earth. Sorta like in Invader Zim. Hyakuji: The Musical. For some bizarre reason the residents can only express themselves in song and dance numbers. How the hell this actually works is beyond me, but it's amusing in my head. An alternative that pops into my mind is an idol contest in the vain of Macross. A morale increasing pageant of sorts considering the copious amounts of doom we seem to have around.

Omake Theatre style comment on Idea 3 AND 4, BECAUSE IT'S MORE AWESOME THAT WAY IF THEY GATTAI: Zentradi General: So, you little protoculture brats! What are you going to do about it? Protoculture songs! Our one weakness! cowers in fear Discord: It's working! Jameson: The attack? Discord: No, you moron! Our songs! We just need to sing louder! Jameson: Well, that was my second guess. Discord: suddenly changes her Arcadia uniform into that of one usually worn by idolm@sters, and suddenly almost every girl in Hyakuji who can sing come out If we all sing together, we can beat them! cue the opening to Lion from Macross Frontier Discord: EVERYONE, LISTEN TO OUR SONG! Mount Hayaku: No. Discord: Nyoro~n. sings anyway along with everyone else ... Yeah, that's what I think is going to happen. XD

Give us a Hyakuji vs. Aliens (not a predator in sight, damn it!) crossover. It would be horribly violent and naturally, everyone would die except for a female protagonist, who gets a panty shot while putting on a spacesuit to blast the alien out the airlock. ...hokay, maybe. Except for the fact we'd all die except whoever was our Ripley. Aaaanyway, back to the topic at hand...Of the ideas, I like the idea of having a Halloween event in the immediate future. Maybe the costume one would work. I vote for that one. Alfred as random robot master is just too silly to fathom. Musical is cool in concept, but it's hard to get accross in text form, even with musical tunes to go with it. A little too much work. Edited by Marek, Oct 9 2008, 02:33 PM.

As for the costume one, I have some ideas...>> I won't be sharing them just yet. The second idea makes me laugh! I think that Hyakuji should be thrown to the future, I wanna RP descendants, just because that idea has great potential to be hilarious. We could also pull a 'Back to the Future' type thing, where we go to the past, then overshoot the present on the way back and end up in the future, then go back to the past. I like them, great ideas!
