 team battles, i agree, would help more and balance things a bit.

magicians v. martial artists v. Kamen Riders!

c'mon, you all know it's going to end that way. Or at least SHOULD.

But more on topic, yes, this all seems fair and balanced. Team battles are more fun anyway, right?

 Two things I would like to point out about teams.

1. Team fights are harder to coordinate especially amongst members who dont know each other well. They also move slower because everyone tries to react to everything every post so that the amount of work that got done in a one on one fight in 4 posts for each takes 8 each.

2. Making a team does NOT actually hinder the mancer benefit. It in fact makes it stronger and more legitimized. A Mancer like Tyrann could shield himself and his teammates as they go and smash people and now the entire team can't be hurt and Tyrann doesnt even have to move at all. As long as it falls within the restrictions of his power. The point here is that unless the other team has a mancer its essentially the same slaughter fest we discussed before.

 True, I'm not arguing that a team battle is doable, just that it's LESS awful than one on ones. But pretty much any tourny will be hindered by the earlier stated problems.

 Well nothing is perfect which is why only a tournament between Nobodies would work well without any problems.
