Almacia yelled out, clutching his head in pain. His internal systems were telling him to shut down, but he couldn't. He was surrounded by Heartless, and he wasn't about to give up so easily. Giving up was something a butler couldn't do...or he'd have failed his master! ...Master? ...who was that...? Before he could dwell on this thought any longer he was knocked aside by a Soldier, only to force himself back up onto his feet. [Warning: Repeat, power loss critical. Further expenditure will result in destruction of program core. Stasis lock must commence!] "OVERRIDE!" he yelled out once more, raising his free hand, pointing it at a Shadow and fired off a volley at it...only they didn't do anything, just like before. Whatever these things were...they were completely different to what he was designed for. His mechanical frame was at it's limits, his butler uniform was torn in various places, revealing his actual, metal body underneath. Sparks were flying from various areas where the circuitry was now revealed due to damage. All the while smoke was venting from the exhaust ports that were "his ears"...it was obvious he was going to break down. [Warning: Orgia Mode disabled. Albireo ammo low. Joint stress at it's limits. Continued combat is unwise.] "...Can't...give...up..."

Why did I agreed to come searching for information, alone, right here in such a dangerous place? What if I am attacked by Heartless? I am just a simple normal girl with some basic martial arts training, what can I do? What will happen to me if any thing goes wrong? Ah! This is stupid, I should have never listen to Yume-Chan's request. "Sure" was her reply, "Trust me, if anything happens, I am sure you can take care of yourself." To hell with her, from this point on, until I am safely back in our HQ, I refused to speak even a single word with her, just what kind of advisor is this? Ah, this place sure look dangerous, and very ruin... Oh no. Heartless. And a lot of them. Shokatsuryo Genmu, I hate you. If I live through this, I am going to sent you to see Yuyuko. Now what should I do? Run? Or what. Wait, now I know why that jerk asked me to go solo. I don't need to fight if anything happens, I can just Fuushin Shojo and return to base. That calculative woman, really plans everything up. Force me to have to use that stupid, painful spell every now and then. Ok, here I goes... wait! Oh no, there is someone being attacked by the Heartless, he's fighting them. Wow, what a pretty boy, yeah, pretty, not handsome, he has such a cute and gentle face that I would mistake him for a girl if not for his butler uniform. Hmm, and he's wearing some sort of power amour under his uniform no wonder he could fight the Heartless. Wait, what I am doing, this is no time to look at pretty boys. I've got to help. Wait, who am I kidding? Me? What can I do? But, but I can't just leave him here like that. Oh dear. Ah! I hate it when such things happens. "Yume-Chan, Help!" And to think I've just decided not to speak to her a few seconds ago.. Oh well, This is a emergency. "Someone wearing a butler suit is being attacked by Heartless! Please sent some one here as fast as possible! I can't really fight these things on my own, you know?" "Hold on!" I shouted at the boy. "I am here to help!" Alright, you stupid beings of darkness, I may not be a good fighter, but I can try. And I look at my spellcards. Ok, I have just 10 spell cards with me, besides the three special ones given to me by Yukari. Well, the only spell I can cast at the moment is Fuushin Shojo and Kanzen Mutek anyway, so what the hack, I need to ask for some help. I look at my three special spell cards, ok, it seems that almost everyone is free today, time to ask for help. "Kyuu Kyuu "Genso no Otome! Help! Somebody, anybody, I really need help, please." To my delight, the one that had came is Marisa-San! Thanks! Marisa! Now we have a chance. How all I need to stop myself and that boy from getting killed until helps arrives. Liz was patrolling the Second District on her DenBird after their group found Traverse Town, and seeing as Lavender decided to accompany Selene to the First District, she and Aisia decided to patrol the surrounding area and get a good idea of where they were. As to their train, it was still safe and sound in the realm of the Sands of Space and Time, where the main line was (along with a few of the some-odd Gummi Ships flying about). Even with the threat of Heartless in the area, they decided to split up, for two reasons. One was so that they could cover a wider area better, and second was because there really wasn't a point in having a buddy system in place for them. Aisia could easily teleport her way out of danger, while all Liz needed to do was get to a door, any door, and open it to get to the Sands of Space and Time where the DenLiner was and get to its relative safety. Not to mention that she apparently had a buddy with them somehow in the form of Miyuki. Of course, there was the issue of finding people who would need saving from the Heartless, but that was something they would have to worry about when the time came, which was now. "Oh crap..." Liz gasped when she saw a crowd of Heartless surrounding a young man who seemed badly beaten up. When she got closer though, she thought she could see sparks. A cyborg, perhaps? "Either way, this kind of fight isn't fair! Let's even the odds, Misuzu-chin!" she said as she pulled out her Den-O Pass and Belt. You got it! Leave it to me, nihahaha~ With that, she wrapped the belt around her and pressed the blue button before swiping the pass in front! "HENSHIN!" [ROD FORM] BGM: Double Action Rod Form "EI!" Den-O Rod Form raised the front wheel of the bike and jumped right into the midst of the Heartless, running over three of them in the process before she jumped out and formed the Den-O Rod with her DenGasher! "Mind if I play with you guys? Niahaha~" Den-O cutely asked with a finger on where her lips would be before she swung at the nearest Heartless with a swing of her Rod! She didn't stop the momentum of the swing as it went around in a circle and headed towards the ones behind her, effectively keeping them away from the beleaguered combat butler... cyborg, thing. "Hey, are you allright?" she tried to ask Almacia. Of course, given his condition, he may or may not be able to answer that... Edited by Pikachu_Fragger, Oct 11 2009, 11:03 PM.

Im pretty sure nobody else cares.] The crash of Liz's bike was followed by the sound of another bike sliding to a stop on the scene as it's rider rapidly hopped off and ran towards Liz, dumping her helmet along the way as she ran towards her. She wasn't here for any particular reason other than Leo had assigned her to keep Liz out of trouble for now and show her around. What had actually happened was having to follow the other woman around and trying to catch up as she dashed randomly about on a patrol that may or may not have already intersected with a route covered by 1 of the other Riders. "Tch, this is being a tad reckless don't you think?" Miyuki asked her companion sarcastically as she drew her Rouzer. With Liz covering them, the woman rushed towards Almacia instead, trying to check on his medical condition. ...Well, not that it mattered, having no experience dealing with androids, as she'd quickly find out. "Looks like an android, damaged." she reported cooly, checking if there was anything she could do about it. Probably not, at least, not under field conditions. A Rider Kick with God's name on it. Posts: 737 Group: Global Moderators Member #32 Joined: Apr 5, 2008	From the darkness of a dark alleyway nearby coupled with the prevalent darkness of Traverse Town, a bright line shone out, lighting a fraction of the darkness in the area and making some of the Heartless turn their head to the source. Those that did would see a silhouette of a humanoid figure coming out of the alleyway with a bright oval light emanating device centered on the waist, effectively preventing anyone from identifying the person. There was also the sound of an alarm like noise, emanating from the device, and as the unknown figure took a step forward, the noise rises in pitch. Some of the Heartless nearest to the approaching nightlight-man stood stock still, unsure what to do at this point or probably blinded by the light. When the nightlight-man approaches one of the smaller Heartless, he without any warning kicked it in the face sending, it flying back into the air before dispersing into nothingness. The noise finally reaches its climax with a hum, and the light finally disappeared, revealing the person to be a black and golden armored figure. It was Hajime Go in his Rider form! “Hey! I’m here to help!” The young man behind the mask called, raising his arms to wave at the two other Riders and everyone else enthusiastically. This would also be the second time that Hajime assumes his never before seen Rider form, and probably the first for Miyuki beyond the report stating that this was the reason Hajime was recruited into BOARD on the spot, him being unable to assume it normally for BOARD to register until now aside. Repeat: Extreme.] Almacia just...continued to ignore the warnings his safety was giving him, as the damage caused to him was now reaching critical: his systems were going haywire, so despite effectively being unable to release his limiters for Orgia mode...his mental processes were now locked into a warped version of the berserker status...fighting as long as he had some semblance of an ability to move. "Shadows...must be eliminated..." As such, he was ignoring all four of the people coming to his aid...unfortunately for the two Riders, they'd be treated as Shadows, if only due to the fact he could not identify them as proper human beings in this state. Slowly shoving Miyuki aside, his other arm would point right at Den-O's back and unleash a hail of machinegun fire! Fortunately, the volley didn't last long though as he had just about spent his ammo cache. Either way, the Heartless swarm would just continue to press their attacks, getting more aggressive thanks to the people aiding the battered android, the Shadows and Soldiers moving in to assault everyone, Kyonka, Agito and Den-O mainly, with their primitive attack patterns. Posts: 1,551 Group: Members Member #106 Joined: Jul 31, 2008	[Breaking Post Order, more dramatically appropriate considering she's supposed to keep liz out of harm's way] "Are you still functional?" she asked it tersely while Hajime and Liz dealt with the shadows around them. Just a few shadows shouldn't be a problem, and the area was also apparently under Hajime's patrol route based on his arrival. Even though he was new to the organisation, such opposition shouldn't be troublesome, giving her time to deal with the impaired unit. "Shadows...must be eliminated..." ...What? As the unit pushed her aside and took aim at Liz, a warning flag was raised in Miyuki's mind as she tackled it down, shoving it's arm to scatter it's fire in another direction away from them - preferably towards a shadow or two, as long as it wasn't at Liz and Hajime.

Yeah, a tear in space, with two ribbons, one on each end, don't ask me how this works, this is Yukari's abilities, she's a Youkai who has the power to manipulate all boundaries. And out if it came Marisa-San, in her black and white witch costumes riding on her broom, no less. "Hi, Kamu, it's been a while, Reimu been missing you, how's things, heard from Yukari sometime really bad happened to your world, so where are our enemies this time?" "It's those black things over there, and we need to help that guy who's wearing power amour underneath a butler suit!" I replied, pointing to the boy. "Ok, but what's a butler? It's it like a male version of Sakuka?" She asked, yeah, something like that, a male maid, "And what are power armor? Some kind of magical artifacts? If yes, I would like one in my collection." Oh great, I forgot they don't really understand technology in Gensokyo. "Never mind, you can tell me all about it the next time you come to Kensokyo, in the mean time, hop on!" I hopped onto her broom. "Suisei 'Bureijingu Sutaa'!!!" Shouted Marisa-San as she activated her spell card, turn herself, together with me holding on to her waist, into a comet, plain straight, how very... what should I say... Marisa-ish. With that the two of us rocketed towards the boy, aiming to land on free space just a few meters to his left as we torpedoed towards the mass of Heartless, likely to take down a few with this attack. I don't hold anything against you myself, but I can see why he would, as well as quite a few people in the other thread you were in. I suppose as long as you don't do something stupid again here like stating things that your character isn't supposed to know, your presence will be tolerated here.` "Uwaah! That IS pretty cool-Kyaaa!" MizuLiz was about to agree with Hajime, but ended upsquealing as the remaining bullets from Almacia's machinegun attack whizzed past her and towards the Heartless. The initial shot did manage to nail her in the back though, but thanks to the armor, merely caused sparks to fly from the impact. It might have been worse though, had Miyuki not done something to stop him. "Mou! Watch where you're aiming that!" she whined as the Heartless began to get even closer now. They were strangely getting more aggressive, kind of like how a pack of animals would start getting into a feeding frenzy once they knew they had prey that was down. ... They would need to bring Almacia away from the battlefield. "Err, Miyuki-chan, isn't it?" MizuLiz asked as she stabbed one of the soldier Heartless with the end of her rod, then unlatched the tip as it stayed embedded in it. Using it as like bait from the end of a fishing rod, she swung it around and slammed the attached Heartless into the others that approached, trying to form a circle with her swing arc as she did. "Take him away from the battle area quickly! Rizzu-chan can fix him later!" ... well, I'm technically the medic, so I guess that works, Liz chuckled inwardly to herself. "Oh, and thanks for stopping him earlier," she added before turning to the rest of the encroaching Heartless. Edited by Pikachu_Fragger, Oct 12 2009, 01:16 AM.

Posts: 1,871 Group: Global Moderators Member #3 Joined: Apr 3, 2008	Almacia futile attempts to continue fighting would continue even after Miyuki's tackle, just...struggling to move in general. For something this damaged, it was proof of how stubborn Almacia's AI really was. Regardless, he seemed to have stopped moving, as his eyes were suddenly devoid of life... For but a moment, anyway. Above the group a small cluster of spellcaster type Heartless, primarily yellow in color, were floating above. They'd begin charging up their spells...and send thunderbolts down at the group. "Protect...human...life..." were Almacia's last words as he once again ended up pushing Miyuki aside, and out of harm's way, and took one of the bolts aimed at them. It was his last bit of strength apparently, smoke continued to vent from his ears and sparks continued to fly, but Al was thoroughly beat right now. It would be noted if someone attempted to lift him, he'd be surprisingly heavy for his feminine build. (re: 300 or so pounds) Still, the foot based Heartless didn't seem to relent their attacks, though they appeared to be thinning, while the spellcasters began recharging their Thunder spells.

Although, I forgot how did I do this again… it just happened all of a sudden…” Hajime wondered aloud at his transformation, giving his arms and the rest of his armored body a cursory investigation before looking up to face the problem he has inadvertently brought himself to. “TOH!” Without much thought, Hajime charged and jumped up into the air, executing a small mid-air spin before landing with a drop kick that destroyed three unlucky Shadow Heartless that were below him where he landed. Hajime then did a sweeping roundhouse kick at the surrounding Shadow Heartless, sending the front of the line flying backwards into the air as well. “Feisty aren’t they?” Hajime commented at the mass of Heartless almost cheerfully.

It's weight rather surprised her as she lifted, even if he was a mechanical construct. The problem was that while she could move around with him, but it restricted her mobility somewhat. Still, she managed to lift him with a fireman's carry and began to move back somewhat, before turning around and drawing her Rouzer again with her free hand, leveling it towards the nearest Spellcaster and squeezing the trigger repeatedly.

I assume that the Blazing Star didn't hit any Heartless because Yon didn't mentioned about it.` What... what nice stars... Wait what am I saying? My head is really, really spinning. With Marisa-San's attack, we charges through the Heartless, and manages to land at where we want, unfortunately, The Blazing Star just blazed a few heartless without really smashing into anyone and not doing any damage. Well, too bad, it's not like she could Master Spark the heartless without accidentally hurting some of our allies. And oh great, now we have some new Heatless, which can cast spells. As I turned my head to take a look at the butler with power amour. Ok, a tall, well tall compare to me, that is, beautiful woman with short hair had secured him, and she had a bike and a gun with her, and she's shooting at the Heartless, good, at least the guy is well taken care off. Now to get out of there. Ah! Help! lightening blast! Those Heartless are blasting at us with magic! This is one of the very few time I am glad to have learned some martial arts, at least I can jump out of the blasts. "Oh, so they want to play Danmaku?" Marisa-San smiled, "Ok, one Marisa special Danmaku coming up! Mahou 'Fainaru Supaaku!!!'" Yes, it was one of her most powerful spells, Magicannon Final Spark, a upgrade version of the Master Spark, which is bascially super fire power shot of magic that penetrates the opponent. I can only watch as the beam blazes through the battle field, hopefully it will be able to hit a few of the Heartless. There's too many at once, Mii-chin... let me do this! I'm getting bored in here with Troll-chan. Asshole! I want to go out there! "Now, now, Otoha-chan, Eve-chan's right. Besides, you can't reach those things up in the sky," she said as she pressed the lowest purple button. This time, another siren emanated from the belt, but it sounded kind of... hip hoppy. Either way, Den-O didn't waste time as she swiped the pass in front to change forms! [GUN FORM] The Heartless attacked her as she was changing, but she was now literally dancing through them as she separated the DenGasher into its four pieces and reformed them into the gun. One of them managed to leap right into her face... Ohly to get blasted away as soon as the transformation ended. "Yay! I get to play next!" Den-O, now EveLiz, exclaimed as she pointed her DenGasher Gun at the Heartless. "Mind if I beat you? I can't..." She then pointed the gun up at the Yellow Operas and shot a burst of three shots at them! "HEAR YOU!~"

Posts: 1,871 Group: Global Moderators Member #3 Joined: Apr 3, 2008	Code: `I actually just don't bother doing major DMing when I'm using weak enemies, I leave it up to the player to be responsible for what they take, and what they do. They're numerous but beyond that, nothing special` Almacia was completely shut down at this point, and was pretty much going to drag Miyuki down at this point, at least the overheat had finally subsided though the sparks just continued to fly from his battered body. Regardless, a proper checkup would be needed, whether or not his program core was intact, however, would remain unknown for the time being. Either way, the weaker Shadows were eliminated one by one while the Soldiers and Yellow Operas continued their relentless assaults, kicks, lightning bolts, all of it. While they weren't as numerous, they were still a threat in general. Regardless, it seems that getting Almacia out of there wouldn't be too hard of a task with this many left.
