Well, not really - the field uniform of Arcadia operatives can be anything s/he desires it to be, its form decided by the owner. It doesn't even have to conform to the standard black/white color scheme. And as for the element-themed divisions - I think all who join are placed into Fire by default unless one requests specifically for a change in division.
