Alright so if you notice other than the 3 main level districts, Traverse Town is entirely devoid of specific locations. I did this on purpose for the sake of this little OOC Event. What is it? I'll tell you.

Come to this thread and suggest sub-level locations for each district. Remember that Traverse Town's citizens are compromised of people from all destroyed worlds and (I cannot confirm this with exact proof at the moment, someone feel free to clarify) a bunch of sources I've read have stated the world is made of chunks from other destroyed worlds.

-Feel free to make as many suggestions as you wish.
-If ONE of yours gets selected to be used then you will gain ONE Level in your Alignment. Neutrals who make a suggestion that gets picked up will recieve an M-Phone. At most you can gain one thing, so say you make 2 suggestions and both get used... you still only get ONE level. This is just for a little starting boost.
-Present your suggestions in the following format:

Name: (the name of the area)
District: (is it located under the first, second or third district)
Description: (the text that would acompany forum describing the area)

Please keep in mind also that the First District is the sole location anywhere in the Worlds that is permanently devoid of Heartless apperance. The 2nd has slight Heartless presence and the 3rd is overran like many other worlds are.

Dragged into darkness, I strive to conquer it.
Name: The Watering Hole
District: 1
Description: A tavern run by many different races from different worlds. The air is always alive with activity and there is a show hosted every hour with 30 minutes in between consisting of various acts throughout the worlds. The menu is practically a book with each section being delicacies from the different cultures of those who work there. Yes, there is a bar.

Name: The House of Dead Hearts
District: 3
Description: A rundown mansion in the third district, it was once owned by a very rich family from the EXE universe. The owner's were doctors who had vanished before the Heartless came and their house was snatched up. The Basement holds a co-ed Hot spring that still works well enough for people to enjoy (and is protected by a special barrier that prevents Heartless from entering the basement) and the up stairs has countless rooms including a study filled with massive super computers (all of which are in terrible condition). The dining room table (which is quite large) is constantly being served with fancy, high-class food (this room is also protected by a barrier) by the local ghost butler. Heartless can be found roaming the hall ways and a few of the rooms.

Name: Cathedral of Shadows
District: 3
Description: An old cathedral that has become run down and in disrepair. It was adopted as a sanctuary for the darkness in Traverse Town. Countless Heartless patrol these hallowed halls and they are much more aggressive than normal. It is unwise to go in unless you have an escort who sides with the darkness.

Name: The Black Tower

District: Third District

Description:

Sitting in the middle of a giant chunk of earth which floats barely a few feet above the ground is a very tall, very massive, very black building with very few windows at the very top. The eight tower was once a magical prison for the most dangerous criminals in Shambala until it was destroyed in battle and mysteriously appeared here. It is said to be haunted by the spirits of those wizards and criminals killed in battle, but some claim there's something far worse lurking in its many halls, cells and dungeons.

Blast from the Past
Name: H'eylr or Oeh'r'lyeh
District: Third
Description: An eldritch place too abnormal to truly be destroyed or killed, the ancient city of H'eylr (or Oeh'r'lyeh) was submerged before the world it existed on was shattered and it ended up in the Hub World. Said to contain unknown arcane secrets that man was not to know and the corpse of a dead-sleeping abominable deity, it is also a haven for the Heartless who seem to thrive on it's peculiar despairing aura.

Name: Glast Heim
District: Third
Description: Shorn off from an unknown world, this ancient ruined section of city teems with Heartless... and worse. With no signs of wholesome life, it is crawling with foul animated armor and undead monstrosities. From the Abbey, to the Castle, to the Sewers and Prison, it is a dreadful place of melancholy. If one strains they can almost hear a dark portent on the winds here: Memento mori... Remember, you will die.

Name: District 9
District: Second
Description: With the influx of people into Hub World due to the march of Darkness, a spike of refugees has entered the areas around Traverse Town and led to a crisis of sorts. Beings of peculiar nature, often non-humans or those especially different then the norm, have been sequestered in this ghetto-like shanty-town which rests on the outskirts civilization. However, this only breeds greater trouble as despair takes hold of the refugees and the Heartless begin to appear amongst them as a result.

Name: The Square
District: Second
Description: The square is an area in the second district bordered by four streets that when viewed from above or on a map form a square. The buildings and houses in this place seem mostly abandoned and inhabited by both skilled fighters and common thugs that take it upon themselves to kill as many of second districts Heartless as possible. The inhabitants have formed themselves into groups, and rumor has it that they're just as willing to fight each other than they are the Heartless, and any outsiders that happen to move in on their territory.

((Eh...description wasn't so good >.> Could possibly be an area in the District 9 suggested above...))

The Bronze Chicken of Excellence
Name: Freedom Statue
District: 2nd District
Description: Greenish statue of a woman holding a sword up into the air. It is half buried down up to the waist, where a hole has been smashed into it. It was about 150 ft tall with a stair cases winding up from the base inside to the top of the head and the tip of the sword. Basically a more violent version of the statue of Liberty. Heartless tend to congregate near the top.

Name: Collector's House
District: Third District
Description: A small worn building that once belonged to a man who collected everything he could find. There are supposedly lots of strange and powerful objects in the building but those who enter become disoriented and find themselves back outside the front door as they try to go further in. Various Heartless linger around it.

Name: Pokemon Center
District: First District
Description: This is to accommodate those people in need and serve as a resting spot. They also serve as gathering places for people. There is also a computer capable of items they might have with them.

Couldn't help but have a Pokemon center :P you know you want one.

The Bazaar
First District
Any time you have a large bunch of people, it's more than likely that some will have things that others want. With this in mind, a group of refugees founded this under-cover street market, known as The Bizarre to its many frequent visitors, cluttered with an odd assortment of goods both mundane and magical from various worlds. While it may not look like much to the inexperienced eye, this ramshackle collection of stalls and caravans could contain treasures beyond your wildest dreams.

Scrapyard
Second District
Filled with the rusted husks of various vehicles, vessels and villas that were left behind by refugees from the different worlds as they ran for safety, this eerie graveyard of belongings is the subject of many a bar story and rumour amongst the denizens of First District. Some say that the groans and screeches floating through the air come from the piles of scrap shifting and settling in the wind. Others say that they probably come from the brave souls who wander through it, looking for riches. Still more say that it's something much more sinister.

Fort Lazarus
Third District
This last bastion of Light in Traverse Town's Third District, this converted military base is almost as battered and run-down as its last few defenders. Each one of the crumbling and battle-scarred buildings is heavily reinforced with whatever materials can be scavenged between attacks by the Heartless, with the resulting defences looking like something out of a post-apocalyptic wasteland, with odd scraps of metal, concrete and barbed wire crowning their walls.

Hand Sonic
Name: Traverse Station
Location: District 2
Description:
Due to District 2 being where an influx of people from many different universes coming together in the wake of the heartless attacks, ships and vehicles capable of coming in from other dimensions had started coming to Traverse Town, prompting the necessity to build Traverse Station. A large compound, it has the facilities to hold ships as large as 2km and house various temporary lodging as the influx of refugees start to trickle in.

There is no true defensive measure from the heartless except for the scant few military vessels there, as well as a local police force. Otherwise, those with the capability to defend themselves do so, with a motley collection of sorts forming a coalition alongside the scant 'official' defenses, with no other command structure other than a message system and a chain of command with the highest ranking military leader there, and even then, that leader tends to cooperate with the leaders of groups willing to stay at the station, which includes merchants and refugees, police, and sometimes, a B.O.A.R.D. Rider who happens upon a heartless attack.

The station juts out and into the void, its many tunnels appear to be 'gate' conduits from other worlds, and these are usually manned and stationed by the aforementioned defense units. Military grade hardware is hard to come by, and the various ship masters guard their few stockpiles of munitions carefully. The station keeper is absolute law, working with the current elected head of the defense council in keeping order within his station.

Edits her posts too much
Name: Police Station
District: First
Description: The headquarters for the city's official law enforcement body. While they don't (or rather, can't) do much about the Heartless, they are reacting to the sudden influx of refugees, and have missing persons programs set up to help survivors of destroyed worlds find each other again, however it is rather slow because of the amount of requests they get.

Name: Bulletin Board
District: First
Description: In the middle of the first district, there is a giant bulletin board about the size of the side of a building. It is public, but limited. Anyone can post something on the bulletin board, but a person is only allowed to have a single object on the bulletin board at a time. It is mostly filled with papers of those looking for lost loved ones after having fled to Traverse Town from a destroyed world. (A person can make a post about a paper they tack to the Bulletin Board, replies to that post would be people that see it and read it later).

Name: Abandoned Theme Park
District: Second
Description: A theme park that doesn't seem to have any power running to it and is eternally lifeless. It seems to have been part of another world at some point, because when it became part of Traverse Town it failed to connect itself to the city's power grid. Because of the lack of any kind of light, it has become a stomping ground for heartless of various sorts.

Name: Strange Structure
District: Third
Description: It seems to simply be a gigantic chunk of metal slightly over a kilometer in length. While the original size, shape, and purpose of the metal chunk is undetermined, there is a clue in the letters "Kaguya Mass Dri" on the side of it, with the rest cut off by the edge of the metal. The only thing that is certain is that it is not the entirety of the original structure, with the rest likely destroyed. It is located on the outer edge of Traverse Town, with about a third of it hanging off the edge of the world.

Name: The Mall
District: First
Description: A mall with various shops of every kind. While it originally clashed with Traverse Town's Victorian motif, it has since been redesigned to fit in better. Inside the mall are shops of various kinds, opting to sell normal things instead of "adventuring equipment." While it may not be the place to look for your new +5 Elven Bandanna of Speed, it is a good place to get some food or some new clothes.

Name: Residential Area
District: First
Description: A simple area that holds the various houses of the permanent residents of Traverse Town. There are a number of vacant houses as well. It is a relatively peaceful area, the most common sight being children playing in one of the various yards.

Name: The Park
District: First
Description: A large public park. While a section of it is your average city park - trees, grass, benches, etc. - it has a number of sections of gardens of different styles, representing the universal gestalt that is Traverse Town. There is, for example, an old-fashioned Japanese-style bonsai garden right next to a futuristic-seeming garden with plantlife few have seen before. When an area becomes a part of Traverse Town, sometimes a new area will manifest in The Park representing the culture and style of the world that area was from.

Name: Movie Theater
District: First
Description: An old-fashioned movie theater. It has all of the things a normal movie theater would be expected to have, popcorn, soda, etc., but what sets the Traverse Town Theater apart from others is the cultural context - that is, that Traverse Town is made up of parts of other worlds, and therefore has movies and shows from those worlds appealing to vastly different audiences, unlike a single world where cultural interests follow general unified streams. You can find movies of almost any era and subject to watch here, since it almost literally has everything.

Name: Traverse Hotel
District: First
Description: A large hotel that caters specifically to survivors of destroyed worlds - a reliable market, since they don't often have any other place to stay. Whether the owner is trying to help wayward souls or taking advantage of a universal threat remains to be seen.

Still editing as I think of more things

A hero is just a man who knows he's free.
Name: The Ivory Tower
District: Secion 2
Description: While the inside seems to go along with the Victorian theme of the city, careful inspection reveals what may very well be the largest indoor park in the city, perhaps the only one. The park itself is a weird mix of many different styles, and while you can find sections that are fine, you can occasionally see areas where... creative decoration by a giant army of three year olds is an understatement.

Wow, awesome ideas guys. I like how Erin put in my abandoned theme park in XD, if chosen I might hold a tourney again (not really)

My faves so far are the black tower (of course), the station (awesome idea) and Saito's locations which are about perfect to add to the mood.

All the locations are actually quite good, this place has a potential to become a stand-alone RP of its own.

Name: The Great Moogle Forge
District: First District
Description: Towering over First District behind a cascade of homes and shops is this large monument to Moogle ingenuity; the Great Moogle Forge. A few dozen stories high and composed of rotating gears and gyrating gizmos with a large red pompom sticking out of the top, this massive workshop is where many a Moogle tinkers away at creating and synthesizing items for the wayward traveler. Each level of the tower is dedicated to creating or synthesizing one form of item, with the lowermost floor being a recreational and rest area inspired by the cute, cuddly appearance of the Moogles themselves, including the infamous "Moogle Slide".

It's Pathetic, right?
Name: Black Spire
District: 3rd
Description: Originally from Hyakuji's cometary this place monolith was summoned by the lich Archibald. It had always resonated with ambient magic which in this world has been amplified. It seems to be the source of the forces of the Heartless and connected to the corridors of darkness which connect all worlds.

>Suborum
Name: Corridors of Darkness
District: 3rd District
Description: Winding twisting dark paths that connect all ten worlds. But you'd best be careful of entering this way if you wish to keep you heart. The black paths corrode the heart and lead their travelers astray in more ways than just destination.

Name: Arcadia Mansion
District: 1st
Description: In a certain nondescript building in the back there is a broom closet which holds no brooms. Or rather it's quite too full with a large mansion constructed in classical style floating atop a chunk of barren land in a void. However its possible there are brooms within the mansion if you're really in need. From here what shambles of Arcadia are left, and those new heroes that wish to join, direct their efforts in saving this world.

[COMPLETE]
Name: DkiDo Land
District: Second
Description: The ruins of an amusement park. It looked to have been active at some point, but some massive event had blown it apart. Judging from the rubble, whatever happened here originated near the ferris wheel. The sign over the entrance has long since worn down, leaving only some of the letters. Despite being destroyed, occasionally the sound of activity drifts up from somewhere, as if the park were still open...

Name: Radiant Spire Plaza
District: Third
Description: It appears to have been a town square, with a large fountain monument at its center. Now, all that remains is the monument and some of the brick laid in the ground about it. What would have been a shining copper arrow twisting towards the sun is now a green, rusting and crumbling monument to the decay of civilization. Heartless gather about it, seeming to pray to a diety of destruction. Woe is the man who would disturb their gathering place.

Name: Café Magie
District: First
Description: A small coffee house, which despite the generally bleak outlook of a city covered in eternal darkness appears to be doing quite well for itself. Perhaps it's the cheery staff, perhaps it's the inexpensive food and drink, or perhaps it's just because there's something about meeting friends at a coffee house that is appealing to the citizens nearby. Its doors are always open, welcoming Masters from any walk of life into the warmth of freshly-brewed coffee beans and maid outfits.

Name: Abenobashi Arcade
District: First
Description: A popular arcade that was formerly run by Nickle Ryuko. Seemingly having survived the defragmentation of Hyakuji, it has been incorparated into the architecture of Traverse Town, where it brings the residents of Traverse Town and other travellers a short side trip from the darkness no plaguring the worlds.

Name: Underground Spring
District: Second
Description: Located beneath the Second District lies a spring, where seemingly no Heartless ever enters for whatever reason. The spring's cold water is fresh and flows out of small holes in the cavern walls. No one is sure where the water comes from, but many find it to have a healing factor.
